Refund policy

At Pridway Skins, all products are made and customized according to customer requirements. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom Mobile Skins
• Custom Name Skins
• Custom Photo Skins
• Custom Stickers
• Car Wraps and Customized Vehicle Graphics
• Any personalized product made specifically for the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. After verification, we may offer a replacement if the claim is found valid.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production has started. Once the customization or printing process begins, cancellations are not possible.
